Welcome to GOOD FRUITE, where each piece is a work of wearable art—handcrafted with care, intention, and originality. Please read our policies thoroughly before placing your order.
TURNAROUND TIME & PROCESSING
Because every item is handmade and made-to-order, I do not accept rush orders or guarantee preset delivery dates. All orders are processed in the order they are received to ensure fairness and consistency across the board.
Once your piece is complete, you will receive an email update with photos, followed by your tracking information once your item is shipped.
SHIPPING POLICY
Production Time:
- Custom orders: 3–4 business weeks (not days) to create.
- Larger or more complex orders: 6–8 business weeks.
- Ready-to-ship items: 3–5 business days to finalize before shipping.
Business Week Definition: Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Shipping Details:
- All custom orders require signature upon delivery—no exceptions.
- If your package is returned due to missed delivery/signature, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
- I do not ship on weekends or postal holidays.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you haven’t received your tracking number, that means your order hasn’t shipped yet.
IMPORTANT: Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL), they are responsible for delivery. I do not have control over delivery delays, errors, or losses once the item is in transit.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Each piece is custom-made to the measurements and design specifications you provide. A thorough quality control process is performed before your item ships. Please understand that minor imperfections may occur, as each item is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind.
Please make sure your measurements and design choices are accurate before ordering.
ALTERATIONS & SIZING ISSUES
If you experience a sizing issue, I’m happy to review the possibility of an alteration. Here’s how that process works:
- You will receive an alteration estimate based on the issue.
- If additional work is needed beyond the estimate, I will notify you for approval before continuing.
- You are responsible for shipping both ways—to me and back to you.
Note: Pants and shorts cannot be resized unless the adjustment is to increase length. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.
Dissatisfaction with fit, color, or design (as submitted by you) is not considered valid for refunds or remakes.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order has been shipped with tracking and proof of delivery, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your package upon delivery.
PAYMENT POLICY
Production will not begin until full payment has been received. No exceptions.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
If you have concerns during the production of your garment, please reach out as early as possible. Communication is key, and I will always work with you to find a solution before your item is completed.
