BOOKING & INQUIRIES

All bookings must be made via the official booking form or by email inquiry. Serious inquiries only.

To secure your date:

• A non-refundable retainer (typically 50%) is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the event or scheduled project.

No event or media appearance is confirmed without a signed agreement and retainer.

 

RATES & SERVICES

Rates vary depending on:

• Type of service (hosting, modeling, content creation, etc.)
• Event duration
• Travel requirements
• Deliverables or production needs

Custom quotes will be provided following a consultation. A detailed scope of work and deliverables will be outlined in your booking agreement.

 

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS

If your event is located outside of Orlando, FL or requires overnight travel:

• Client is responsible for all travel and accommodations, including flights, local transport, and lodging.
• Per diem may apply for extended bookings.

All travel arrangements must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event.

 

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• The retainer fee is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are subject to full payment.
• Rescheduling may be accommodated once, based on availability and with a minimum 7 days’ notice.

If I must cancel due to an emergency or conflict, a full refund will be issued, or a qualified substitute may be offered (upon agreement).

 

ON-SITE EXPECTATIONS

For event days:

• A run-of-show or itinerary must be provided no later than 48 hours before the event.
• A designated point of contact should be accessible throughout the event for coordination.
• A proper and safe space must be provided for preparation or wardrobe changes (if required).

 

MEDIA RIGHTS & USAGE

Unless otherwise agreed upon:

• I retain the right to use photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content from events and appearances for promotional purposes (website, portfolio, social media).
• If the event or project is private or under NDA, please communicate this clearly in writing prior to booking.

 

MODEL & CONTENT CREATION USAGE

Modeling and content creation services may include:

• Styled shoots
• Brand collaborations
• Promotional videos or reels
• Lifestyle content or product features

Unless the content usage rights are specified and purchased (e.g., exclusivity, ad use, resell rights), standard usage rights apply for organic social media or editorial use only.

 

COMMUNICATION & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

All business communication is handled via email. Please allow 24–48 business hours for replies.

I maintain a standard of professionalism and expect the same from all collaborators, production teams, and event staff. Disrespect, harassment, or unsafe working conditions are grounds for immediate contract termination without refund.
