PINEAPPLE VISUALS Service Terms & Policies
At Pineapple Visuals, I pride myself on delivering creative, intentional, and high-quality results for every client. Please review the following service policies carefully before booking.
GENERAL SERVICE POLICY
All services offered—including digital designs, branding, and marketing—are customized and tailored to your unique brand vision and goals. To maintain a high standard of excellence and clear communication, the following policies apply to all bookings:
- All services require full or partial payment upfront before any work begins.
- Projects are completed in the order they are booked unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Communication is conducted primarily via email or scheduled virtual meetings to keep clear records of approvals and revisions.
TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround times vary by project scope. General timelines are as follows:
- Logos & Digital Graphics: 5–10 business days
- Brand Development Packages: 10–15 business days
- Social Media Packages: 7–10 business days after receipt of all content/materials
- Website Design Projects: 2–4 weeks depending on project complexity
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Rush services may be available for an added fee, but must be agreed upon in advance.
REVISIONS
Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified in your package. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate or flat fee, depending on the scope.
Revisions must be requested within 5 business days of receiving your draft to avoid project delays.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To begin and complete your project on time, clients are responsible for providing:
- All required content (logos, copy, brand assets, etc.)
- Clear creative direction or reference material
- Timely feedback during the revision process
Delays in client response or missing materials will result in project delays.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Due to the digital and creative nature of our work, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds for completed work or partially completed work once time and resources have been invested.
However:
- If no work has been started, you may request to cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.
- If you must cancel a project after it has begun, a partial refund or credit may be offered at my discretion, based on the percentage of work completed.
FILE DELIVERY & OWNERSHIP
- Final design files will be delivered via email or shared drive link in appropriate formats (PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.).
- Source files (e.g., .AI, .PSD, .INDD) are only included in select packages or available for purchase separately.
- Once the final payment is received, you own the final deliverables for your brand use. Pineapple Visuals retains the right to use work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT
- I respond to emails during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM EST).
- Please allow up to 48 business hours for responses, especially during high-volume periods.
- Emergency or expedited support may incur an additional fee.
MARKETING & BRANDING STRATEGY DISCLAIMER
While I use industry best practices and creative expertise to position your brand for success, results are not guaranteed, especially as they depend on your market, audience, consistency, and execution. Strategy support is meant to empower you with clarity and creative assets, but it does not replace your responsibility in actively growing and nurturing your brand.
