Good Fruite Policies
Pineapple Goddezzz, I need this in a hurry!!! How fast can you get this to me?!
Because everything is handmade, I do not accept rush orders and I simply cannot guarantee preset delivery dates. All orders are made in the order in which they are placed, so to skip anyone ahead of that queue would be unfair. You will recieve an email update as soon as your piece(s) are complete with pictures. Then your tracking infomation email will follow.
SHIPPING POLICY
Every custom item will take at least 3-4 business weeks to create before shipping out. Larger orders can take up to 6-8 business weeks. Ready to ship items can take 3-5 business days to finalize before shipping out. I do not ship out orders on weekends or postal holidays.
***How I count business weeks: Monday(1), Tuesday(2), Wednesday(3), Thursday(4), Friday(5)

I ship all custom orders with signature required.
If your shipment is returned do to use not being available to sign for your custom order, You will have to pay for the additional ship, and the only way I will ship is with the signature required- NO EXCEPTIONS.
I will send a confirmation email along with a tracking number once I have shipped your item out. If you have not heard receive your tracking number, your order has not been shipped yet. Once I have provided your order over to the carrier for delivery, the carrier is whom you should reach out to in regards to any and all delivery questions or concerns. Well I have created the garment, I do not have any affliation with USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHL, or any other carrier. Thank you for your understanding.
RETURN POLICY
I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES.
All custom items are handmade to the specifications you provided. All items go through a thorough quality control check process before being shipped to insure all your specifications are met. Minor imperfections are expected as, these are handmade one of a kind pieces.
Please Consider This Before Making A Purchase.
If you are having a problem with your order's progress, please contact me ASAP so we can figure out a solution before your garment is complete.
If there are any serious sizing issues; If you ordered the incorrect size, I will happily adjust this for you, there will be an alteration estimate provided to you before I received back to me. If more work is required than what was estimated, I will immediately contact you to advise of next steps, and get confirmation that you would like to move forward. You are responsible for both shipping the item back to me and it being returned to you.
Please be advised; Pants and shorts CANNOT be resized, at this time, unless you need more length. So it is imperative that you provide accurate mearsurements.
Buyer's remorse or dissatisfaction with the color, size (with measurements which you provided) or design (which you selected) are NOT grounds for a refund or remade item.

PAYMENT
Items are not made or shipped out until all payments have been received.
